i definitely enjoyed the spacious room and its lovely coffee machine. the spa facilities were clean, i really enjoyed the various pools and the sauna. room service was prompt, and the food arrived hot. the pool area was a highlight, it had ample loungers.
The breakfast buffet was quite busy. More staff could help clear tables quicker, i think.

The location is indeed convenient. Access to nearby attractions is easy. I found ample parking available on site. The gym has modern equipment, free . The staff seemed cute and polite throughout my stay.
The bar area looked somewhat dated. It could use a refresh.

Decent rooms, some issues with service

poor attitudestaff attitude
The organization was poor. We ordered room service after shopping all day. Half of it was wrong, isn't that annoying? I ate at a different time than my partner because of this mistake. I am pretty disappointed by the staff attitude here and I'm not rushing back.
